How long is the order processing time?

SHIPPING POLICYWe ship all orders within 48 hours and most of our orders within 24 hours. You can expect your delivery to reach you within 1 to 7 working days in most cases. In the event you have placed your order availing our easy Cash on Delivery (COD) option, kindly expect a call from IVR as well as our representative (if required) to validate your order. The price displayed on our website is the final and all-inclusive price. We do not charge anything for shipments unless otherwise indicated. We keep you updated about your shipment till it gets delivered to you. You are also welcome to check your shipment on the website of our logistics partners who communicate the Air Way Bill number directly to you.

Currently we are accepting orders for above devices however many more electronic devices will be added to our catalogue in coming days.How RecycleDevice operates ?Logon to www.gadgetstm.com and find your device (e.g. Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy Smartphones .. )Once you have found your device, please answer few simple questions about current condition of device.Get an instant sell quote for your device based on the answers submitted by you.If you are happy with the quoted price; fill your contact and pickup address details along with preferred pickup date time slot and mode of payment.We will arrange free pickup of your device as per pickup date time slot selected by you.At the time of pickup, if the actual condition of your device matches with information provided by you while placing the order then company authorized pickup executive / service partner will initiate payment as per your selected mode of payment. However, if actual device condition does not matches; then you will be given a revised offer on the spot.You will have the option to accept or decline the new offer.Note: If your exact model does not reflect on our website you can take a picture of the device and email it to contact@gadgetstm.com with basic details (e.g. manufacturer of device, model name, year purchased, current condition whether operational or not and any broken parts). If the actual condition of your device matches with the order description, we will pay you on the spot, issue a purchase / service receipt and collect the device from you.What is a revised offer and what it is based upon?A revised offer is given to you when at the time of pick up ; company authorized pickup executive / service partner finds that if the actual device condition differs from the description mentioned when you placed the order on our website.A revised offer may be higher or lower than the price quoted originally to you on the website.In circumstances of a revised offer ; you have the option of accepting or rejecting the same.If accepted by you, payment will be done instantly. If rejected, your order will be cancelled and we will look forward to serve you again in future.Do I need to show my ID proof to sell my device ?Yes. This is a legal requirement as we need to verify the proof of ownership of each device we buy. This prevents trading of stolen goods and helps in keeping the stolen devices out of recycling system. We request you to keep your Aadhar Card (with additional residential & employment proof) ready for verification at the time of pickup. Do not worry about misuse of your personal ID as company authorized pickup executive / service partner will scan the ID and ID data will be directly uploaded on our secure application gateway in front of you after establishing your identity.Does RecycleDevice charge anything for online service and/or pickup of devices from my doorstep ?No. This is a completely free service with no hidden charges. RecycleDevice pickup executives / service partners are not authorized by company to charge any amount for online service and/or collection of devices from customers.What if I have a device but one or more of its accessories are missing or lost ?Please correctly answer the questions including the condition of device accessories which are asked at the time of placing order on our website. Offered quote price is calculated accordingly.What about personal / confidential data that is stored on my device internal memory / SD card. Do I need to remove it myself ?Yes. We recommend you to delete all your personal / confidential data from your device internal memory / SD card before giving it to our authorized pickup executive / service partner.What if I am not able to find my device on RecycleDevice website or my pickup address area is not currently serviced ?We are continously working to add more devices to our catalogue as well as expanding our service to more cities at pan India level ; until and unless we request you to send your enquiry to contact@gadgetstm.com for us to work out what can be done to provide you best of our services.If your exact model does not reflect on our website ; you can take a picture of the device and email it to contact@gadgetstm.com with basic details (e.g. manufacturer of device, model name, year purchased, current condition whether operational or not and any broken parts). Cash On Delivery (COD)

Cash On Delivery (COD) is a payment method where you pay for an item in cash, when the courier company delivers the item to you.How does COD work?You place an order for a deal on SnapDeal.com after verifying your mobile number.Once your phone number is verified, we courier the product/deal voucher to you.You pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once the product/deal voucher is delivered to you.Please remember payment through cheque, draft or any other means will not be acceptable.Is COD option available for all deals?The COD option is only available for selective deals.Why is COD option not available for my location?For COD option, the product/deal voucher is couriered to your address. Our reach in terms of COD option is limited by the reach of courier companies. Once you enter your pin code while ordering we will tell you if COD is available at your location.If your location is not supported by the COD service, please choose another payment option.How long will it take for me to receive the voucher if I buy it through COD?You will receive your product/deal voucher within 7 - 10 working days.Is there any additional charge for the COD shipment?Yes, since there is an additional cost involved in shipping the item through COD, we charge a flat Rs. 50 per order.Can I offer cheque for the payment in place of cash?No. COD payments have to be made in cash only.What do I do if no one is going to be home when the courier company delivers the product/deal voucher?Most courier companies will call you before coming over to deliver the item.Some important points to ensure that your COD transaction goes smoothlyPlease ensure that the mobile number you provide for the Cash On Delivery payment is always available and answered.It is important that your address and landmark are very clear.
